Our Return Policy

At KVC Machines, customer satisfaction is our priority. While we strive to deliver reliable, high-quality equipment every time, we understand that returns may occasionally be necessary. Please review our return policy below to ensure a smooth and hassle-free process.

General Return Guidelines

  • All returns must be pre-approved and shipped only to the return address provided by KVC Machines.

  • Non-defective products must be unused, in original condition, and returned within 7 to 90 days of purchase, depending on your location.

  • Customers who selected White Glove Service may request approval to retain the original packaging.

  • Defective items will be repaired or replaced at the manufacturer’s discretion.

  • Once approved, all returns must be shipped within 10 days of receiving a Return Authorization Number (RAN).

  • Orders canceled after shipment may be subject to applicable cancellation or handling fees.

Return Authorization Required

A Return Authorization Number (RAN) is mandatory for all returns. Please contact KVC Machines before shipping any item back. Returns sent without authorization will not be accepted.

Shipping & Handling Responsibilities

  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, including the original delivery and return shipment.

  • White Glove Service and labor-related fees are non-refundable.

  • Proper packaging, loading, and any required packing materials are the customer’s responsibility to prevent damage during transit.

Restocking Fees

  • A 15% restocking fee applies to returned scooters.

  • Most other products are subject to a 17% restocking fee.

  • Additional deductions may apply for missing accessories or product damage, based on retail replacement value.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 2 business days. Please note that during peak seasons, processing times may be slightly extended.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom-built products

  • Special orders

  • Bath & Safety items

  • Products clearly marked as non-returnable

While KVC Machines works diligently to keep product images and descriptions current, manufacturers may update specifications without prior notice. Minor variations in features or appearance do not qualify as valid reasons for return.

Pride Lift Chair Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all Special Order and Builder Pride Lift Chairs, including models with Heat and Massage features.

  • No cancellation fee within 24 hours of placing the order

  • $50 cancellation fee if canceled within 48 hours

  • 25% cancellation fee after 48 hours

  • No cancellations or returns accepted once the item has shipped
